"Artur Grzywacz, author and composer of electronic music. If you enjoy listening to producers such as: Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Pete Namlook, Redschift, Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Mike Oldfield, Vangelis as well Deep Forest, Enigma then I welcome you in getting to know my productions. In the Music section you will find samples which were created since 1997. I also have produced a lot of earlier work, much of it is far more dynamic and produced in disco genre's such as Italo Disco, Dance and Trance.
The music that I produce falls mainly in the genre's of Spacesynth, Softspace, Ambient, Darkwave and Chillout. I enjoy calm and peaceful music filled in with various effects supplemented with pure analogue sounds. This is my favourite style, which has inspired me after listening to albums such as "Oxygene", "Equinoxe", "Tubular Bells", "Chariots of Fire", and also "Alpha Centauri", "Atem", "The Man Machine".

I was born in 1970 in Lublin where I still live. My zodiac sign is Gemini. I work as an electronic technician repairing electronic and information devices. I spend my spare time programming particularly in JavaScript, PHP, Java as well as creating web pages.
My interest in music began in the early 80's. It was one day while listening to the radio that I heard Ecama (Didier Marouani) "Magic Fly" by the group Space from 1977. At the time I didn't know who the artist was but it left such a lasting impression that it spurred me on in finding further compositions by this group. Soon I was looking for similar compositions by other artists such as Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Peter Namlook, Maurice Jarre, Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Mike Oldfield, Brian Eno, Vangelis, Kitaro, Andreas Vollenweider, Deep Forest, Enigma and many others. It was from this point that electronic music became my main interest.
My love for music and playing instruments comes from mother whom in her younger years played on the mandolin as well as singing in a group. In school I learnt to play on the accordion, this was the first instrument that I came in contact with and was immediately interested in it; to this day it remains my favorite.
In the late 80's I started to organize and lead Discotheques and this led to an interest in music production, as a result in 1995 I decided to acquire the latest equipment on the market the Yamaha synth from the popular PSR range with the midi interface.
With this I was able to start to create my first compositions. The next step was to enroll in PC classes that enabled me to learn to program my compositions in addition these classes also allowed me to have exposure to the best music cards at the time Creative, SB AWE64 Gold. The first computer that I started my work or rather my experimenting was a Timex, however it didn't lead to any interest.
After a year, I acquire a more professional instrument YAMAHA QS300 which allowed me to experiment with different sounds. I started to create my own style as well as my first simple projects in electronic music. The music itself was inspired by acts such as Mike Oldfield, Jean Michel Jarre and later on Deep Forest.
I started to do covers of well-known numbers from the 60's, 70's and 80's in dance style and presented these at various discotheques. Later I created my own compositions however given the small amount of interest in them and the little free time that I had I soon lost enthusiasm in making something out of this and it became a hobby.
However the situation has recently changed when I got in contact with Marek Kolodynski of Space Sound Records in New York. Marek heard some of my compositions and was interested in producing my debut album. I have started work on new material for the album. As a result I have looked to upgrading new software as well as hardware, which will enable me to explore new sounds as well as further develop my own style.
Now I am working on new material for my debut album.

In 1996 he invested in more professional equipment which allowed him to experiment with a greater palette of sounds. By acquiring a PC he was able to create and establish his own music style inspired by artists such as Jean Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield, Vangelis and Enigma. As a result of his passion and work between 1999-2006 he had enough material for his first non official album "Faraway from Earth".
