Extra Information:
Syntech, the late ’80s Dutch electronic project by graphic design duo Edwin Van Der Laag and Huib Shippers, is back in the spotlight! Known for their love of pure electronic sound, Syntech’s timeless music has been reintroduced thanks to Vintage Pleasure Boutique, which recently reissued both of their albums on CD and vinyl. Now, taking things a step further, three fresh remixes by Polish DJ and producer A.P. Mono have landed on digital streaming and download platforms as a special supplement. A.P. Mono’s reworks infuse the original ambient and raw tracks with added Linn Drum percussion sections, giving them a dancefloor-friendly edge. Fans of Laser Dance and Proxyon will find echoes of these legends in the new versions. These reimagined tracks maintain the melancholic, synth-rich DNA of Syntech’s sound while dialing up the energy, making them a perfect treat for those who loved the danceable vibes of the project’s debut album. With nods to the golden age of Dutch Space Synth, these remixes are a must-listen for retro-futuristic music lovers!
🚀 Glory, Glory, SpaceSynth! 💙
