Abbsynth is one of the Spacesynth projects. It is important to note that this project was created in Russia by a young man named Alexander Korolev from the city of Ivanovo.
Initially, his fascination with Spacesynth music arose after listening to the works of "KOTO", "Laserdance" and "Hypnosis". A little later, the future performer began to try his own hand at writing compositions of this genre, albeit as a simple hobby. Over time, Alexander decided to familiarize a wider circle of listeners with his work by posting on the Russian forum http://newshot.ru/forums / several demos combined into a mix. So, in 2007, the Abbsynth project was launched, and quite successfully, since its musical demo material was received with great and lively interest.
The music of this project is quite melodic and memorable. According to the author, it is somewhat different from the typical Spacesynth sound, although it is located somewhere nearby. It is noteworthy that the musical material for the project, at the moment, is created exclusively with the help of software. In particular, the performer has at his disposal a PC with a virtual analogue of the Yamaha DX-7, which is used as the basis of his compositions, a virtual analogue of the Roland Juno 106 synthesizer - VST Roland U-NO 60 and many more additional VST.
For several months, Alexander did not stop working on his project, and, almost a year later, the material for the first album “Back to the Sun” was finished, which was posted on http://www.realmusic.ru /. Despite the fact that the album has not been officially released anywhere, some of its tracks can also be found on http://www.spacesynth.de/.
Six months later, material was written for the first single "Starlines". It includes a single version of "Starlines" from the second album “Earthlight”, which was released in November 2009. Although this album was conceived in a "non-stop" mode, it can be downloaded as individual tracks on http://www.realmusic.ru /.
In the same year 2009, Alexander combines his creative interests with another talented performer from Krasnoyarsk, Oleg Rysev (the Olegris project). As a result of this collaboration, another Spacesynth project called "Cyber Attack" appears, and in March 2010, Abbsynth's second single titled “Space Wanderer” was released in CD5 format. By the way, Oleg Rysev wrote the music for it.
Along the way, Alexander continues to work on the Abbsynth project. Over the next year, he creates material for another album, which was called "Special Flight". The style of this album is in the spirit of previous works. In addition to several new compositions, it also contains cover versions of some well-known tracks of the groups "Zodiac", "Nova", "Kraftwerk", etc. The album was also presented to the public on the website http://www.realmusic.ru / and also not officially published yet.
Cyber Attack is a musical project of performers from Russia, conceived by Alexander Korolev and Oleg Rysev. The idea of creating this project was inspired by the creativity of such giants of the 80's as Hipnosis and Cyber People.
Work on the project was started in 2008, but the material for it was created with long breaks. Eventually, in September 2009, the first single was released, titled "Cyber World". The main contribution to it was made by Alexander Korolev. The single has not been officially released, but you can get acquainted with it on the page realmusic.ru. It is worth noting that the sound of his compositions is made in the style of an old-school Spacesynth.
Six months later, the second single was recorded, called "Cyber Aggression". His style is fully sustained in the spirit of the first single. With this, the musicians once again confirmed that they did not come to the world of Spacesynth for nothing. Unfortunately, this work has also not been officially published, but it can also be found on the portal realmusic.ru.
