BVSMV (Bicycle vs. Motorvehicle) is an electronic musician/producer that started producing music upon getting a Macbook with Garageband pre-loaded on it in 2007. One cheap midi keyboard and an obsession had begun. As his musical tastes evolved, so have the genres of music that have been weaved into his songs, including ambient, Dream pop, Downtempo, and Synthwave. Even at his most electronic, there will be subtle elements or noise, organic instrumentation, or found sounds. No matter how the song begins to take shape, there is always an emphasis on evolving soundscapes, interweaving melodies, and small nuances best found with repeat listens. "Do You Like the Brightness?" is the sound of BVSMV honing his ideas into an amalgamation of sounds from the past into forward looking soundscapes.
