Tell us what melody you have for an incoming call in your phone? Something special or a standard ringtone "out of the box"?
Why this one? How often do you change it? And what is on the alarm clock?
If you write music yourself, do you put your own ringtones on the call?

Mine is always on silent mode and all notifications are off… otherwise it is too stressful for me

Mine is always silent because almost no one calls me . I had to call myself now to listen to my ringtone haha. I'm looking for a disco- style for my phone though

I finally changed my ringtone. The new one is Runaway by Sam Money. I love every second of this song and I couldn't resist.
