Bellatrix is a Polish Spacesynth project. It was created by the talented musician Waldemar Żywica.
He began to get interested in music by playing the accordion when he was a very young boy. And later, within a few years, the future performer established himself in a musical group as a drummer and since then has finally determined for himself the direction of the musical genre. It became instrumental music, which Waldemar Zywica successfully writes and performs. Moreover, referring to the rhythms of the 80s, he equally tends to spacesynth and Spacepop, although he classifies his style as softspace.
As an amateur work, one could hear a musician under the pseudonym STANLEYCOOL. Over time, amateur work eventually developed into professional work. This turning point came for the performer in 2012, which contributed to the further formation of the musician's own project. For some time Waldemar Zywica continued to work under the pseudonym STANLEYCOOL. This continued until August 2012. By that time, the Bellatrix project was launched.
The debut of the project was the composition "Impulse", which was published on the MP3 compilation "Space Holidays Vol. 4" by Space Sound Records. It is also important to note that before that the musician published his first album "Intergalactic", however, he was not assigned to the official discography of Bellatrix.
In 2013, the collaboration with the label Space Sound Records was continued - the list of released Bellatrix compositions was supplemented with the track "Knights of Planets", published on the MP3 compilation "Space Holidays Vol. 5". And, a year later, the first full-fledged release of the project called "Transmission" was not long in coming. It is a conceptual work. All tracks of this album were mixed in "non-stop" mode. Among them there are both new and previously released compositions.
Also in 2014, another Bellatrix track called "Hexagon" was released on the double CD "ZYX Italo Disco Spacesynth Collection" by ZYX Music. All the musician's works are listed on his Internet page at "bellatrix-music.net". In addition, the project's music is available on the SoundCloud and YouTube portals.
