Mats Forsell is a composer from Sweden. According to the website http://forsell.mine.nu/space.htm Mats started writing music in 1989 with the help of real vintage synthesizers and drum-machines. He has creative pseudonym The Real Parakeet. He launched own website since 2004 under the domain http://forsell.mine.nu. However, the site itself ceased to exist in 2007, and some of its Spacesynth tracks were transferred to Spacesynth.de portal in 2006.

The first track in the Spacesynth style, according to the author, is Parakeets In Space, which later became known as Returning From Mission. He posted most of his nice compositions on SoundCloud. In addition to fresh works, he published some reworked old themes. So the track Automatic Work Machines (previously Automatic Workers) was written in 2004, and the track Starfield Simulation appeared on February 17, 2005.
