Re: [2024] Moondance - Abyss Of Time
Here is my short review of the new Moondance album. First some words about the music then some about the production (but i'm not a professional and just started producing myself so no expert opinion). Finally a few words about each track. The music: A very nice spacesynth album which brings me back ...

Re: Redesigning setup: moving to almost 100% in the box/DAW : Jupiter XM and new masterkeyboard in the pocket :)
This weekend i changed my small setup to almost 100% in the DAW, suppored by a Roland Jupiter Xm (what a synth 8776654 ) As masterkeyboard i selected a Nektar Impact GXP49, great keybed. Exactly what i was looking for. I normally use masterkeyboards with 61 keys but 49 is enough for now. I also want...

Re: Redesigning setup: moving to almost 100% in the box/DAW : Info/recommendations needed :)
Have you tried the Jupiter Xm? Many people have stated that the interface is not good to work with. You mean the user interface? It's a compromise if you look at the Jupiter X and if you want a one button one function interface it's not good. But i'm mostly interested in basic settings using knobs,...

Re: Redesigning setup: moving to almost 100% in the box/DAW : Info/recommendations needed :)
Thanks for the info. I'm already familair with Zenology Pro but it takes a lot of time to load and is very cpu hungry (although a new high-end pc would solve that partly). I also like the idea to have one synth i can quickly turn on and start playing to work out small ideas (no sequencing needed). T...

Redesigning setup: moving to almost 100% in the box/DAW : Info/recommendations needed :)
Hi, While working on my second album and rethinking my workflow i decided to switch to a almost 100% in the box/daw workflow. Now selling the few synths i have (my JX-3P is already sold) and looking for a Jupiter Xm (Jupiter X would be even better but the price difference is too much). The Jupiter X...

Re: Paid VST plugins worth recommending.
If you subscribe to CM magazine (Computer Music magazine), you will get access to the CM plugin suite and load's of free samples. The digital version is pretty cheap and it's always an interesting read! https://www.musicradar.com/computermusic https://www.magazinesdirect.com/az-magazines/6936419/com...

Re: How were you introduced to Spacesynth?
I probably heard Koto's Visitor on the radio when it was first released but the most active memory and my first spacesynth memory was hearing Koto 's Dragon's Legend at my friends house (on his brothers new stereoset). I was hooked for life :) After that i got Future Generation on tape and started c...
